A lot of brokers underestimate the value of a good carrier. We know you don’t always get treated right, and we are committed to providing you with a better experience. We have good loads that pay competitive rates. Because we know cash flow is important to you, we have generous fuel advances as well as several Quick Pay options. We have worked very hard to get and maintain a superior credit rating. We currently have credit with over 100 factoring companies, so you know you will get paid on time. Most importantly, with Road Dog you won’t be surprised with hidden charges, and we won’t file unwarranted claims. We are in your corner because we realize you are the backbone to our success.
Getting Set-up with Road Dog
Getting set-up with us is easy. All we need is a copy of your W-9, Operating Authority, Insurance Certificate, and a signed copy of our Broker-Carrier Agreement.
Most of our customers accept faxed or scanned copies of the paperwork. This includes the bill of lading and unloading receipts, to name a few. Therefore, it is okay to send your paperwork to us in either of these ways:

Advances
We use ComData in order to advance money to drivers and dispatchers, and we offer fuel advances up to a maximum of 50%. For these advances, ComData charges a processing fee of $5 per $1000. As an example, if you are given a fuel advance of $1000, the express code will actually cash for $995.
Additionally, we charge $25 per Comcheck for Comchecks issued for fuel advances and Quick Pays. These fees are deducted from your final invoice. We do not charge this fee for unloading Comchecks.
Payment Options
We offer several payment methods:
- Normal Terms– We will put a check in the mail to you or your Factor 30 days after receipt of the paperwork or the postmark date on your envelope.
- Same Day Quick Pay– We will issue a Comcheck on the same day as delivery as long as we receive a copy of your invoice and the bills on that day. The cost of this Quick Pay is 5% of the gross truck rate plus $25.
- 7 Day Quick Pay– We will issue a Comcheck 7 days after receipt of the paperwork or the postmark date on your envelope. The cost is 3% of the gross truck rate plus $25.
- 7 Day Check in the Mail– We will put a check in the mail to you 7 days after receipt of the paperwork or the postmark date on your envelope. The cost of this option is 3% of the gross truck rate.
